had a good weekend!

friday had exco meeting, which was alright, then me linh minh and shah caught transformers at midnight at tampines mall and it was terrible! i think shah alaready influenced me too much because he hated the movie and he went on and on, but it really was bad. i was so disappointed with how the directors sexed up megan foxx so much, in the worst way possible. the director also completely threw away the dignity of the transformers! i was so upset! well we had fun anyway, sulking at the movie and eating pop corn la

saturday i managed to rush to the zara sale at marina (yesss) before going to the library to pick up a book and then rush to claire's party. talking to everyone, the ones i see all the time and the ones i dont, was fun, plus playing taboo was, as always, funny to death. we hung around till like 1 plus 2 or something then cabbed home. [i'm intentionally skipping all the funny things other people did/said because then everyone will bite back and talk about all the silly things i said.] throughout the party though, it didn't ever really feel like oei was leaving? i dunno, i don't think it'll sink in until i'm actually at the airport waving goodbye. and now, we must quickly shop and go eat mee sua and what not!

today after church i had a quick lunch with the fam during which i had BAD TAU HUEY. it's really becoming an obsession [okay not quite]. i just love tau huey okay? it's getting out of hand. like now i'm craving for tau huey, as i always am, and i think it's driving at very least shah crazy. but karen! he loves the tau huey at your house too! so anyway, after lunch i went to grace's where ling grace steph and i were having a er, movie marathon. we watched er, one movie. but it was one excellent movie! the shawshank redemption. catch it! i love just hanging out with everyone and watching dvds and eat chips or seaweed or what not.

after that i headed to orchard to meet kelvin and shah before shah hfen and i were supposed to watch pelham. we walked around, even went to the zara sale for a tad bit (but kelvin bought stuff, not me today! i'm just waiting to go to liat and vivo with oei), and then bussed down to marina. kelvin was kinda supposed to leave but he hung around anyway. we had dinner at carls junior and i must admit that they have the best burgers ever. we talked and laughed to death for an hour, and then decided to screw the movie and have dessert. ended up at hk cafe and had what else but mango ice, and we tried the triple ice thingy as well. the dessert sucked today! but we talked about everything and anything, getting me upset but then managing to make me laugh and laugh again after(: shah cheered up like crazy, except we talked for hours till 1am so now kelvin's gonna be sleepy tmr and shah's gonna be sleepy in class. as for me, i have 6 hours flat to get my ass to school to return my book. goodnight!
